Valueless judgments

Why are you so willing to look at your judgments?

This may seem like an odd question, but why does this have your attention? It’s because you know that your constructions are your blockage, the only thing seemingly holding you back. The willingness to look at your judgments also contains the willingness to do the deconstruction work necessary to let them go. Since this is an all-in-one package, rest assured that if you are willing to look at your judgments, you will let them go. They simply can’t stand up in the light of your awareness.

Your judgments are only as valuable as you think they are. You only hold onto your judgments if you are ignoring what is truly there for you. Once you realize there is something much bigger, more stable and more loving than your judgments, it is only a matter of time before you come to rely primarily on that. Each judgment is a little dream. When you know reality is here for you and will never leave, you stop attempting to rely on little dreams to run your experience.

When you’re willing to recognize the lack of value or meaning in each and every judgment, you stop making disorder. There are only two things you can do in this world. You can use thought to make disorder and confusion that obscures the light everyone is, or you can allow the light everyone is to shine disorder away.

In the absence of your judgments, the thoughts that make confusion and disorder, what becomes visible? Reality becomes visible, audible. Your true foundation becomes apparent. You are guided through what you made, not by the manufactured voice of ego, but by the voice of who you are. Your following of this voice of true identity silently educates others in how to follow what feels much better than dreams and lies.

In allowing yourself to see the lack of value in all judgments, you discover the flow. The flow is who you are, and it is always there for you. You only need to set down the habit of making a disordered world through thought, and you can fall right into the ease of it. This is the true falling in love. When you allow yourself to fall in love, to fall into the flow, love is what you express, effortlessly. Effort belongs to ego, and it is safe to leave ego behind.

We are with you as you release what was never real.

  1. This is awesome — Effort belongs to Ego. I could read what you write again and again and again….and pray to remember it – at the right moment. Each version seems to give the same message – let go and let Love shine…yet, how i need to read each version to see it again and remember. with love and gratitude for yet another blessed message. Thank YOU, dear Julie — no judgments tomorrow for me! Good night! 💛
