Practice 2 – I stop for healing

Every time you feel tension of any kind, you have an opportunity to accept healing. When you accept healing, it is immediately shared mind-to-mind with others. Accepting is sharing.

When you experience tension or disturbance today, stop for one breath. On the in breath, say silently to yourself, “I stop for healing.”  On the exhalation, remember that healing accepted is healing instantly shared.
