Practice 35 – I am willing to see what is underneath this

Today we focus upon willingness–willingness to see what truly is and isn’t. Whenever you feel disturbed, you are looking at what isn’t as if it is real and it has a power of its own. It is good you feel disturbed, because that is your prompt to look further for what is real. What is Real and True lies beyond perception.

Begin a three-minute meditation with:
I am willing to see what is underneath this

Sink into your true Home in love and peace, beyond all judgment and value. If anything arises to disturb your peace, remind yourself:
I am willing to see what is underneath this

Be willing to see what is foundational, what is really there underneath all illusion. You are safe in your willingness, because what you are asking to see is safety itself.

End with:
I am willing to see what is underneath this

Return to your day knowing that there is something vast and loving underneath and behind every experience you call to yourself today.

If anything arises to disturb your peace today, remember this:
I am willing to see what is underneath this

What is underneath phenomenality is always good, and always finds you and all others to be innocent. What is underneath phenomenality can never be disturbed by phenomenality.

If you become convinced that you or another is defective, inferior or wrong in some way, remember:
I am willing to see the being behind the person

Cultivate the habit of looking through personalities to the vastness in which all beings are rooted. When you do so, you invite that infinite love out to play through all you meet. They get the opportunity to drop their roles and enjoy the simplicity of what all truly are.
