Gazing meditation

This session is very simple yet very deep–having a brief chat over Skype or Facebook Messenger, then just looking at one another without speaking. Taking time to breathe, allowing all that comes up to come up, and sinking into what is beyond thought together. What is not-you rises to the surface for release, while our sense of true and shared, harmonious Self expands. Your session may be very calm, or you could experience laughter or tears. All experiences are beneficial in the process of release and allowing. A brief chat to process what you experienced follows.
