We want to remind you that what is always scintillating underneath the dream you are choosing is the joy you are. The dream is a very brittle surface, and only your belief gives it any depth or strength. You always give it the strength it seems to have. Your mind is very powerful.
Take advantage of the power of this mind by recognizing your willingness to abide in joy. If you become aware of any disturbance, give yourself time for two breaths:
Inhale remembrance: There is joy everywhere.
Exhale and sink into Reality
Inhale perception correction: I can allow what I am projecting to dissolve.
