The door is open to investigate. Remember this when you feel most closed down or insistent. Remember this when you feel most stubborn or resistant. What is called for here is investigation–simple, loving, quiet investigation. You do not need the distraction of your own inner noise. You already have the quiet willingness necessary to look at the contents of your false mind. Everyone already has quiet willingness because that is the spark within that can never go out. Look upon this spark anywhere, and watch the rays of light extend from it. Rest in the blessing you find here, and know that all is truly well.
Ignoring rot doesn’t help anyone. The rot you need to address first is always in your own mind. Of course, the indicator of the rot is how you feel. It is essential to take power to cause you any distress away from the world. It is necessary to take power away from those you call other people–the power to cause you any problems. The world and those you call people–they never had this power, and they never will. We just invite you to sit here. They never had the power to cause distress or problems, and they never will, but they do have power. They always had and will have the same loving power of goodness that you do. If you are finally willing to admit this, once and literally for all, then you will see the power you all share color and direct your world to show you and all an accurate mirror image of innocence.
When there is a disturbance present, it is undeniable. Don’t lose the opportunity to have fear and pain removed from your mind by blaming the disturbance on someone or something else. Remember that “out there” is just a simple picture of your mind, and the clean-up and construction crews are always on call to show you the true contents of the actual, innocent, joined mind you share with all. All you have to do is make the call. Do you truly want to see all of your divine siblings as innocent now? Make the call, and this is the purpose of the world now. Each time you seem to stumble into rigidity or tension, it is just another opportunity to call in the crews. You can say this: “I know I have been wanting to see a world of strife, but I am ready for you to show me what has been here all along.”
Every situation you experience gives you the opportunity to go that little bit deeper into what you are together. Say yes often, and it becomes obvious that saying yes is a joy that uplifts everyone. Look in front of you. See all the sparkles on your path. Each sparkle is a direct and clear guidance being given to you and all you call other. Each sparkle is a gift being given to all. Each sparkle is what has been here all along stepping forward and showing itself to you and all. All of the sparkles are provided, and you just follow the path from one to another. It is so easy that a child could do it. All things provided for you in this way come with this ease.
It doesn’t matter if it seems to be later in time that you go that little bit deeper. Sometimes a situation may seem to have sufficient weight and “realness” to appear unchangeable, impermeable. There is no problem here. Do what you can in the moment to focus toward what is true in all of you, what is true about everyone and everything together. Then seemingly later in time, you will be given that opportunity to reflect and to sink deep into the loving foundation you share with all. All is perfectly set up for you and all to see through what isn’t here directly to what can never leave any of you. Your path is always paved with innumerable chances and opportunities. You and all are well-provided-for.
So now rest. Rest in ease with us. At ease. And now arise with the inspiration that rest provides. We remain with you to remind you and to step in as you allow.
