Bringing unworthiness into the Light

Here is a way to flush unworthiness up into the Light.

Consider these questions:
– What do you think you deserve?
– What do you think others deserve?
– What do you think you and all others deserve?

How did you feel as you considered these questions? If anything felt “off,” uncertain or reactive, your perception is distorted.

Did you have a thought that anyone deserves anything other than peace and joy? If you did, your perception is distorted. Distorted perception is the only cause of unhappiness.

Allow correction of your perception by calling upon the Light to take care of it for you:
My feelings tell me that my perception is distorted. Light, please correct my perception in the coming seconds, minutes, and hours. Time is for healing, and I devote it to this purpose.
