What you are calls to the deepest part of them. We can go further and say that what you are is the deepest part of them. Here there is no conflict, no division, no problem. And when we say them, we mean everyone and everything. So there is always this call for you to recognize and be still with the deepest part of everyone and everything. When you learn to rest this deeply, there is love. There is always love, but here is where you become aware of it. Not ego’s interpersonal substitute for love that can accumulate or dwindle like capital, but actual, real love.
You get to the point at which you do not judge whether or not your problems have been solved. When you begin to observe what you would see as a problem, your attention goes immediately to this deepest place, knowing that instructions, if needed, come from there. The instructions that come from the level of the problem and the struggle only reinforce the perception and experience of strife.
You can acknowledge what is here but not visible yet, or you can treat as real what is visible but not truly here. What is real is utterly stable, and what is real is utterly safe. You are learning to place your attention consistently upon the utterly stable and utterly safe that still seems to have conflict layered on top of it. This is of no concern to you. What you focus upon grows larger and more prominent and even natural in your sight and experience. Your willingness to look is all that is needed, and all follows from there.
What is here to trust is very still, very powerful, and capable of appearing dynamic. It is present everywhere. It is not a surface of a body or a personality. It has no relationship to or recognition of death. Being life itself and having no opposite, it is simply allowed. You go from insisting to allowing. Temporarily, you insisted upon the sight and experience of death and strife. Emerging out of this temporary madness, you now allow what is real and without opposite to make itself apparent, first in symbolic form within the seeming confines of time and space, leading you through and out of your insistence upon a madness that could never be real.
There are times when you will feel guided to approach what seems like threat, be still within it, and allow it to dissolve. There are times when you will be guided to remain seemingly outside a threat, and allow it to dissolve from where you are, paying no heed to ego’s judgments about whether it still seems to be there or not. In both cases, something has dissolved. In most cases, what you call you will go largely unnoticed. This is by design. What you are accustomed to calling you is of little significance, still useful as symbolic form is needed for communication, but that is all. What you are learning to recognize as you and all needs nothing, and it gets easier and easier to see and rest in this.
We are the part of you that never descended into madness. All is part of you, and you need only look behind the surface to see that this is so.
