If your on-top feeling of unhappiness is more prominent than your awareness of the joy you are, then you have an opportunity. This is your opportunity to receive a gift, and the gift is the joy you and all are eternally, present everywhere. Form was used to obscure the gift available to everyone, but form in Spirit’s hands can become an illuminated conduit rather than an impediment.
The holiness is in your relationships. See that connection and allow it to blossom. When you find yourself believing a judgment about some one separate person or thing, take a moment to see a connection between two of the things you call separate–any two. It’s all the same connection. And now see that connection blossoming into light, carrying its joy and release everywhere. This is a beautiful gift to replace judgment, no? This will have its effect. This small practice, this willingness to recognize, to see again, will have its effect.
You don’t have to open your heart. Your heart, as it truly is, is open and present everywhere. When you pay attention to the connection between any two things or beings and see that connection blossom into a light that frees all, this is the open heart present everywhere to which you witness. Just witness to what is real here, and everything follows from that. Focus upon truth, and you see truth.
You start to see by looking. When you feel not-good, you haven’t started to look yet, and now is the time to begin. Judgments are precious indeed to the ego. Judgments keep the focus upon the surface. Release your precious. You never needed it. Wherever any two are gathered, see the connection. There is no need to analyze or judge in terms the world supplies. Only see the connection, and now see it blossom into the light of understanding and the joyful laughter of release. This is what all have the power to do.
Bodies cannot join, but minds are already joined. Your false minds pretend to be separate, and that is all. Past the pretending, here is what is always here. See it out there among those you call other, and experience it here.
