By bringing this sense of lack into the light, we invite it to disintegrate, revealing Love’s sure and clear guidance.
Begin a three-minute meditation with:
Love’s thoughts are always available to me.
Sink down into that which would guide you effortlessly through every moment in complete safety. Abide there. If anything arises that disturbs your peace, repeat:
Love’s thoughts are always available to me.
End by repeating:
Loves thoughts are always available to me.
During your day, notice when you think you want something. First of all, notice that the sense of want came from a thought. Remind yourself:
Love’s thoughts are always available to me.
See what suggestions come up. Notice how each one feels. Your willingness to notice how you feel brings Love’s thoughts into your awareness.
