Practice 26 – I relax into what I am, which will carry me

Today we invite you to relax back into a beautiful pool of warm water with flowers floating in it. In this pool, you are held by love itself, strength itself, beauty itself, grace itself, truth itself, power itself. You are very safe in the embrace of what you truly are. You can relax and allow your head to fall back. You can allow yourself to be truly supported and carried by what you Are.

Begin a three-minute meditation with:
I relax into what I am, which will carry me

If anything arises to disturb your relaxation, imagine yourself to be so lovingly supported and provided for that you never need experience a moment of tension. Then remind yourself:
I relax into what I am, which will carry me

As you end the meditation, send yourself off into your day with the reminder:
I relax into what I am, which will carry me

What you truly are will send you inspired ideas, solutions and resources as you need them. You need not rely on the strength of a separate character. You can lean entirely on the strength of the Whole now. You are worthy of such strength, as are all your fellow beings. Whenever you feel disturbance, remind yourself:
I relax into what I am, which will carry me

As you relax into what will carry you, you will find that others around you start to do the same, or they will come to you and ask you how it can be done.
