Practice 18 – I allow the Love I am to shine through everyone and everything

Consider the metaphor of breathing.

When you exhale, you seem to send breath out into the world. When you inhale, you seem to take something in. You can look at the world in two ways. You can exhale projection upon it, telling it what it is. This is ego providing definitions that you believe.

Or you can inhale–think inspiration. You can take in what you are, what everything else is, what everyone else always has been. You can allow Love to tell you what the world is for. You can allow Love to guide you through this world as long as you seem to be in it.

We invite you to notice today every time you decide what something is or who someone is. Focus on the uncomfortable feelings. When you are not feeling good, what decisions are you making about what the world is, about who someone is?

We invite you to offer up all of those decisions to the light so they can be dissolved. When you use those decisions as your means for moving about in the world, you feel pain.

During your three-minute meditation, begin by saying:
I allow the Love I am to shine through everyone and everything

Sink into the foundation of what you truly are, and relax. If anything comes up to disturb your peace, see the concept surrounded in light. Repeat to yourself:
I allow the Love I am to shine through everyone and everything.

End by repeating:
I allow the Love I am to shine through everyone and everything.

If anything disturbs your peace today, take a moment to notice that you were telling the world what it is. You were telling the dream characters who they are. Remember that you can allow what you are to shine through the world:
I allow the Love I am to shine through everyone and everything.
