Trust is one. Whenever you feel upset, you are looking upon the disparate and the separate. You are looking upon fiction. Go within to what is Real, and all is One. From here springs the guidance to show you your way through what you have invented. Do not allow the seemingly disparate and separate parts of what you have invented to have separate meanings and values. Simply trust what is truly here to guide you through and out of illusions.
When you have a course of action in front of you, you have a set of coherent thoughts in which to trust. When action is needed, it will be set in front of you in the form of a path you can follow. You are not responsible for making the path, but you are responsible for receiving it. Think openness, not invention.
When you don’t feel good, it’s a helpful indicator that you have placed your trust in ego rather than love. Trusting ego is walking that path that leads to another enactment of fake death, which may be tiresome for you now. Sink into and accept what is here for you and all now, and you have stepped off that well-worn and ancient path to your invention of death. It is time to step away now.
Love can give you clear instructions to carry out just as much as ego can. For a while, it’s going to seem very believable that you are a body and a separate character with agency, a character that can receive credit or blame. As long as this perception is here, allow. Allow the character you call you to be directed by love. This is not trying to enact what an ego says is loving. This is sinking into the love that is here for you and all now and allowing this love to lead.
As you allow the character you call you to be directed by love, you begin to understand that you can allow all you perceive to be directed by love. You are one, and you do share one mind. Light can shine from one seeming cell of this mind into another and another and another.
You can trust in that which is alive and can be seen in everyone and everything. Everything you are imagining is on top of or obscuring what is actually here. You can only be disturbed by something you have imagined, never by anything that is real. The cure to all disturbance is to remember the presence of what is Real and to remember how to rest consistently in what is Real, putting it in charge.
When you put what is Real in charge, you put what is Real in everyone and everything in charge, and you draw it forth. All have this benign and loving ability, and as you remember and use your ability, you help all remember and use the same.
You truly are loved and blessed because all are always loved and blessed forever. We love you, and it is our joy to be with you.
