Notice where you believe

Things that aren’t real don’t need to be healed. We invite you to observe the weight and the length of time you impose upon the idea of healing. If you believe that something is real, and you believe that the something real needs time to gradually change into something else real, but only if you are worthy, then you make the process more heavy and complex than it needs to be.

Now think of the idea of illusions passing away, of clouds moving away to reveal the sun. Yes, your illusion does change. Think of many clouds moving away from your view of the sun, but there are a few still around–not enough to block the sun out. This is how your illusion changes. You allow so much of it to pass away into nothingness that the presence of the sun is undeniable. There is no way you can forget that it’s there.

You can notice where you want to limit things. Wherever there is fear or tension, the ego will send thoughts about limiting things in order to keep yourself safe. Thought by thought, simply explore this territory. Take each thought where you find it, and place it in the light that dissolves it. Rest as you reorient toward what is truly here for you all. It’s okay if the same thought seems to return again and again. Every small effort you make toward refocusing upon Love-as-reality bears fruit. This is the most important work you can do.

You can notice where you believe things need to change. Where you believe the illusion needs to change is where you believe the illusion is real. Where you believe that one illusion will be better than another is where you believe that illusions can satisfy. Sink beneath the surface of all illusions into what you all are together. This deep calm, unaffected by the chaos of illusions, is not out of touch. It is deeply in touch with all that is real. Spend time here and learn what is here to trust in in every moment.

What you perceive as physical drives can disappear or alter. Rather than judging or suppressing or trying to control or shape what you experience as physical drives, simply look at the architecture. It’s all built of thought. It’s okay to pull the building apart. Get in there, find one thought, and pull it out. If this thought can’t stand the light, then neither will the rest of the structure. Think of something truly meaningful coming into the foreground for you to recognize and remember, and something truly meaningless fading away into the nothingness it always was. You don’t have to struggle. You can just allow.

The up of the up-down scale ego offers you is misery, just as much as the down is misery. This is ego’s trick. It offers you a scale in which one end seems to be happy and positive, and the other end is full of suffering and despair. It keeps you in the perception of a struggle away from suffering and despair and a striving toward what seems happy and positive. Both are illusions within the same illusion of prison.

Think of this–despite your illusion of prison, you and all have always been free, and you will forever remain so. Show me what is true now. This is always a very safe thing to say, because what is true now is genuinely loving and beyond all illusion. Your willingness to remember goes a long way. If you can do nothing else, focus upon the spark of willingness you have within you to leave the illusion of suffering behind.

We rest with you in freedom, creating forever in joy. We know that your decision to remember us fully is inevitable, and this gives us every confidence in you and all.
