The ego is always wrong about what will make you happy. If there is unhappiness, there is also a voice telling you what will make you happy. Learn to distrust this voice. Learn to wait. Get into the setting of willingness–of allowing yourself to be shown the cause of happiness, of allowing true happiness–not ego’s high–to come into your experience.
Immediately behind what feels like pressure is God. Anywhere there is tension, anywhere there is resistance, anywhere there seems to be a problem, there is also God. When you feel tension or observe a problem, it is your call to focus upon God. If you need different language, it is your call to focus upon what is real–not time-and-space real, but actual real.
The vastness of God is open. It’s not dense. It is spacious. It contains everything real, and nothing unreal. Think of God as this–all the unreal being filtered out, leaving you with only the harmless and the helpful. All else is hallucination. If it is a hallucination, it can be no threat to you or anyone you call else.
The ego would have you meet tension with tension. Holy Spirit shows you that felt-tension is no barrier. Felt-tension is only a sign that you have been confused, that you are fighting against what is actually here, and there is no need to continue the fight. You can rest. Allow what is actually here for all to demonstrate to you that all are cared for, and all are loved. Make no exceptions. If you do make exceptions, you are asking for illusion again.
Analyzing another provides an experience of hurt for you. Remember this when you catch yourself in an old pattern of trying to figure out someone you call else. When you try to analyze or interpret a character, this is a form of addiction to suffering. Why would this be? In trying to figure someone out, you are denying what they are right now with you, what they always will be. In your being, you and all are innocent. In your being, you and all are whole. In your being, you and all are holy. It does not matter what seems to have happened in time and space. Look toward who everyone actually is, and you will see and experience reflections of this.
There is so much beauty for you and all to see here, and we delight in showing you how this is so.
