There is a deep weeping that can come, and we encourage you to see it as allowing God in. You always have something happening for you, and this is only one thing. If this has not happened for you, nothing is missing. If this has seemed to happen, you are in the same position of equality with all that you have always been. But let us address this from the perspective of rigidity. It seems as though you have been holding a massive rigidity in place, mistaking it as the foundation of safety and stability. When this false foundation begins to waver, it seems as though you finally touch the grief you have hidden from yourself.
This grief is not attached to any human story. It is directly related to what you believe you have done–splitting from your Creator. This is not possible and has never been done, but your deep, soundless, shaking sobs open you up to the relief that can come as you see that you never did anything at all. There is nothing to keep stable. There is nothing to hold in place. Your safety and stability never came from an illusion. They have always been here in what you are, and what you are with all will never change. As you allow yourself to let go of your old foundation, you feel it falling away.
There is nothing wrong here. The old is being allowed to disappear, and what has been here all along is being allowed to become obvious and clear.
Your divine siblings can help you feel where you are blocking God out, and you can allow them to press the lever that releases grief unattached to a human story. When you feel resistant to those you call other, this is not a problem. Learn to sit with it, to be with it. You do not have to make up a story about them to explain why you are resisting. You do not have to perform an enactment that denies your resistance to what they actually are with you. Just learn to sit and be with this resistance with no attempt to disguise it or to change it to an opposite. What isn’t truly here will fade with your patience and rest. If you try to change an illusion to its opposite, you will keep the illusion. When you understand that it fades as you rest, then the illusion that serves all is allowed to take its place until it is no longer needed.
Everyone has much to teach. We need not judge any practices they use to attune to their teaching. Whatever practices anyone you call else seems to use, find yourself in this place of nonjudgment. You are the dreamer. You are dreaming both the character and the practices the character seems to carry out. What can they possibly mean? If you give them any meaning, you are denying where all the meaning lives–in the light shining behind the character and any practices they seem to perform. The light is here, and the light is worth focusing upon. As you practice this, you can see that this very light gives you specific guidance in interaction. Pay attention to the light, and everything else is taken care of.
The ego would have you deny the deep grief of apparent separation, pointing to any one separate thing in your world as cause of it instead. Every not-good feeling the ego sponsors makes your disquiet about something specific in your dream rather than the dream itself. Allow the grief you find to be a mistaken response to something you thought was real. See how quickly a loving father sets you straight about your mistake. See how directly a loving father shows you how much you are loved. As long as you pick out specific things in the world, pretending they are the actual source of your disquiet coming from a source other than yourself, you prevent your father from comforting you. But your father is patient. He will wait until you are ready. We help you come into the place in which you can be shown that nothing actually went wrong and no one was ever hurt.
There is no harm in recognizing only what is real, and then recognizing that all that is real comes fully from God. Every time you feel fear, it is the ego telling you that God is going to deliver punishment. This is an impossibility. Ego can deliver an experience of punishment of bodies, but this will never come from God. God takes what you have made gently and enfolds it in His love, illuminating everything you see as everything is transformed into an experience of full and unquestionable harmlessness. Every time the ego suggests punishing outcomes, be aware of this very old trick. You have come far enough along that you can see through it to what is actually being offered. You can and will see harmlessness everywhere through miracles correcting your perception. You have the ability to delay this seeing, but as you become aware of what you are up to, it will seem like madness to delay your full remembrance of what is real.
