Practice 5 – I know

I know, and I am willing to remember.

Sink into meditation for five minutes. Begin by breathing deeply, settling into the breath. Repeat I know, and I am willing to remember several times. Then introduce a variation with the qualities of you that you are willing to remember.

I know, and I am willing to remember innocence.
I know, and I am willing to remember peace.
I know, and I am willing to remember harmony.

After several related statements, sink into silence. If there is any disturbance or distraction, simply repeat I know, and I am willing to remember.
