There is a discernible difference of feeling between the ego’s sorting of thoughts and the natural happening through you of Spirit.

It is safe to turn ever-inward to allow the solutions to the problems that seem outward.

The medicine delivery system is internal, not topical.

You are here to see that at the core of anything the ego declares loathsome or unwelcome is the same wholeness that is eternal within everything else the ego declares to be separate.
