Share everything with Spirit

You have every reason to be happy. Your reasons can come from what is truly here instead of judgments about what seems to be here. It is very good news that safety is shining behind every surface you see, regardless of whether or not the surface seems to proclaim special safety or special lack of safety. It is very good news that joy is shining behind the every surface you see, regardless of a surface seeming to demonstrate special joy or special lack of joy. No matter what the surface, there is a reason to be happy about what is shining behind the surface.

You have every reason to be happy about what is actually here. It’s here, now. The ego can send thought in an attempt to distract you from what is actually here, but once you realize what is actually here, you have every reason to maintain a strong focus upon it. When you realize that you have been fooling yourself, it gets easier and easier to see right through any of the attempts you would make to continue to fool yourself. When you remember, you remember. When you become aware, you become aware.

As your perception is taken care of, the perception of everyone who seems to be else is also taken care of. You can safely acknowledge that ego does not know the first thing about what anyone is or what anything is. Ego is expert in pretending that it does know, and it is expert in providing a fantasy experience that seems to prove that it does know. All ego’s seeming activities are powered by love. There is no other power. As you learn to look past any of ego’s business toward love, everything becomes clear.

You can fixate upon an illusion and pretend that it is real, or you can remember the reality. A feeling of stress indicates that you are fixating and pretending. When you realize that this is the case, you can remember that something else is here. You can open up to it, ever so subtly. You can put it in charge. Recognizing that a straining forward will only mislead you and everyone, you rest here in trust and faith.

We encourage you to share everything with Spirit. Every thought that comes up, every tiny disturbance–this is always a reason to confer with Spirit. It is never a reason to try to handle things on your own, because you are never on your own. In acknowledging Spirit, you are acknowledging the great and loving power that is poised to assist everyone right now. In allowing yourself to be assisted, you allow everyone and everything in your sight to be assisted with you. There is no reason not to allow assistance from who you and all truly are.

There is a great calm amongst all of you, even as you see that you have been pretending about a great turmoil. Now is the part where you allow the calm, and it is a most beautiful thing to see.
