Safety is your innermost quality. Safety does not come from outside of you, although you can think of safety as being the innermost quality of everything you see. This sets up a trust past all of ego’s analysis and direction. The awareness of safety being real and everywhere helps you rest and await instruction that comes from what you are with everyone you call else.
It feels wrong to give the little power over you. Notice this. When you give something imaginary and separate power over you (who are united and joined with everyone and everything), you can feel the consequence of this agreement to experience the imaginary. This need not continue. Settle in to what is present within everyone and everything. Allow your faith in what you are to grow. See the light of what you are extending out from everyone and everything. There is nothing to fear here.
Behind the surface of everything is harmlessness. Harmlessness is what is real, and what is real never goes away. What is unreal–the sight and experience of harm–can disappear as you stop insisting that it is real. Ego would have you treat the harmful as real and fight against it. Spirit helps you rest in the harmlessness you are, and from here you watch all evidence of harm disappear. This is allowing. Evidence of harm disappears as you allow it. All have this power of healing.
You want to see those you call other in their expansive identity. The ego sends thoughts that define others as small or limited. When you rest and ask for Spirit’s thoughts, Spirit will show you how their being is blessed, how they are worthy, full of grace, and innocent forever. Remember, we are talking about what is real–their being. How their person appears is flexible and will align with harmlessness and love as you allow it. Again, of course you are this powerful because all are. As you remember how to use your power very simply and gently (and allow is really the more accurate word here), all remember with you.
All of your safety is within. Within anyone or anything is the same within as your within. All of what we call “within” is connected as one. And then here are all these wiggling appendages on the surface that appear to be separate. All of these wiggling appendages can flow easily into alignment with the safety within. Remember its presence, and you have every reason to have faith in any situation.
