Practice 1 – No one has truly done anything wrong

No one has truly done anything wrong.

Nudge gently at your perceptions today by remembering these words every time you experience a perception of someone doing wrong. It could be someone in your life, someone who has entered your thoughts, someone in memory or history, a politician, yourself–anyone at all. Just notice how often you perceive wrongdoing and how often there is a temptation to believe in it.

When you perceive wrongdoing, gently say to yourself, “No one has truly done anything wrong.” If you have time, close your eyes. Say, “No one has truly done anything wrong” on an exhale, representing release, and allow the inhalation to represent fresh and true guidance coming to you easily throughout the day.
