Today we make feeling primary, and we support you as you take healing’s invitation wherever you feel it. Whenever you don’t feel good, Healing is inviting you Home.
Begin a three-minute meditation with:
I feel so that I can heal
Sink into your true identity of Healing, and allow that energy to overtake you, to wash away what is not You.
If anything arises to disturb your peace, remember:
I feel so that I can heal. I return my focus to the healing that is always there for me.
Step forward into your day, remembering:
I feel so that I can heal
Your feelings have value, and that value is always to alert you to the opportunity to accept healing. You are always surrounded by nonphysical beings who want to offer healing to you.
If you encounter any disturbance during your day, remember:
I feel so that I can heal. Healing is available to me now in the form of changed perception, and I am willing to accept it.
If the disturbance is related to a person, tell that being in thought:
Thank you, [Name] for bringing up feelings in me that I have been hiding. Healing is available for both of us now, and I accept it. When I accept it for myself, I share it, mind-to-mind.
