The light is present everywhere, in everything, always accessible to all. When you open to the light, you open to healing. When you open to the light, you open to clarity and ease.
Begin a three-minute meditation with:
I open to the light
Sink down into your true foundation, the light that Is.
If any thoughts seem to disturb, repeat to yourself:
I open to the light
Allow yourself to hear the thoughts, and then see light shining through them. Focus upon the light.
End with:
I open to the light
Step into your day with the certainty that light awaits you, and your willingness to see it will bring healing and ease to you today.
