You can give up trying to be

Ego would tell you this: This is real, and this must change. Spirit tells you this: This is unreal and can be changed by what is real. All of the unreal is very changeable. All of ego’s unstable emotions–both the positive and the negative ones–are caused by believing that the unreal is real. When you believe that the unreal is real, you forget how easily it can be changed.

The way out of time and space is first to allow all of it to change into a reflection of your innocence. You don’t get out without allowing this change, because allowing it is a reflection of your true power–the power you always share with all harmoniously. To give yourself an experience of physical death is not to leave time and space. It’s just to recycle yourself within it. You still have the same job to do no matter what.

Everything is very easily changeable because of its nature. The unreal can appear as anything at all because it isn’t anything. It only seems to be something with very real effects. We give you this moment out of time to look in this way because it will serve you as you learn to allow the illusions to change, to conform to what is real, to become a direct reflection of it.

Ego would tell you that you have to use the pathways of the world to force change. Spirit tells you that you can allow change. You get to find out what kind of change should occur and when. You don’t know, and that is as it should be. Your change is allowing the change that blesses all, and you can and should be that general about it. The specifics will fill themselves in and show you and all what true blessing is.

The only mistake you have ever made is to believe a thought. Once you see that this experience has been based upon belief, then you can accept relief. Feel the tension of belief. Feel what you are holding back. What you are attempting to hold back with your belief is benign, powerful, and helpful to all. Allow it to flow forth, and see how all are assisted. What flows forth? It is the power and the light of the Self you share with all. Allow what all actually Are to flow forth, and see all as provided for.

Consider for a moment a statement about having:
I have ______.

Do you really have that thing, or have you made an illusion of that thing real to you? For example, you can do this with love. If you make an illusion of love real to you, then should that illusion change form, you do not believe you have love. Love is what everyone has all the time. It cannot be denied. But you attempt to deny that all have and are love when you pretend that illusions are real.

When you are upset, it is because you have made an illusion real to you. Meanwhile, whatever you believe the positive form of that illusion would give you is what you already have, along with all you call other. This is the time to look within and see what you already have together. Now is the time to allow all illusion to conform to the truth about what all of you have forever. You have innocence. You have worthiness. You have abundance. You have kindness. You have light. You have sanity. You have peace. You have joy, even if you have covered it up with clouds of illusion.

Because you are in charge of the illusion, each in charge of the version of illusion they are experiencing, there is no reason not to allow illusion to conform to what is true about all of you together all the time. You allow what seems to change to come into alignment with the steadiest and most reliable thing among you all–your being. You are fully capable of allowing this because all are fully capable. There are no exceptions to this.

You can give up trying to be a perfect human. The human is the illusion. You would do far better to notice the tension of when you are evaluating the human negatively–either the you-human or the other-human. It really does not matter where you are looking. You would do well to notice the frantic charge of pasting a positive label upon a particular human while denying it to another. A frantic charge is not joy, however the ego may tell you that this punch of pleasure is reassurance and deep happiness.

In learning how to look toward what everyone is together, you remember actual joy. When you are aware of actual joy, you don’t need pleasure or pain to punch you to remind you of the limits of your separate identity. You are unlimited, along with all. You do not need pain and pleasure doses to cut you off and separate you from others.

You need not struggle. All I ask is that you look. When you look, you can see. When you can see, you can allow. Look, see, allow. This is all I ask. (The “I” coming through is Jesus.) Any sayings or doings your human seems to do–they come from this foundation of looking, seeing, and allowing. Right now the most positive action you can take is to follow me. I show you how to follow me by teaching you how to look. We work slowly in mind first.

As you are, you are perfection. As I am, I am perfection. This perfection can lead us both.
