When you feel the seeming force of the projection of fear, also remember that none of it is real. It can be difficult in this moment because you have invested your faith in the unreal. To remove it seems to be the destruction of yourself, but this is not so. The false self invented by ego has never been you. You and all you call other are safe at home, always. To withdraw your faith from the unreal is to invest it in the real, and to bring benefit to all.
Think of something emerging and showing itself because you allowed it to appear. It is all up to you in this sense. You can delay, but delay is not necessary. You and all are very safe in allowing what is real to make itself obvious. Any thought that would send you in a direction of blame or condemnation is not worth entertaining. The thoughts that are truly helpful to you and all are available as you learn to rest and have confidence in what is truly here underneath the illusion.
Wherever you go, truth can greet you. Think of truth being the most essential characteristic of anyone or anything you encounter. If this is so, there is no need to rely on the ego to figure anything out, to defend and define your separate self, or to make plans. There is every need to recognize what is here, now, and to allow the very beautiful and benign heart of you all to be in charge. Nothing in time or space can dominate what is real in you. It must obey, and appear as you allow it to. Remember that no one is the form, but everyone is the light behind the form.
Wherever you seem to be, calm can make itself very obvious. Calm is alive and present within everyone. Calm is alive and present within everything. There is a confident rootedness here, and you all have access to it. It is as if all of you have had a very peaceful and powerful tool all along, and you are just now seeing it. It isn’t a separate you who wields this tool. It is the harmonic of you all, and you are learning to trust it.
There is only one thing, and you have no need to witness a representation of something that pretends to contradict what is real. When it seems that this is indeed what you are witnessing, take a calm moment to remind yourself that you can neither see nor experience what you do not wish to see and experience. This is the simple power you share with all. It may seem to be that you are not conscious of your wish to see and experience what is out of alignment with goodness-without-opposite, but you can feel this wish anytime you are feeling anything that is not joy or peace. There it is. Ego sends this wish to you in many thought forms, and you can set all of them down and refocus toward what is real.
