The bully is the one who has the most fear. If we are frightened of him (and anger and blame are both forms of fear), he feels and knows that energy. It is the energy he follows for dominance and control. We show him examples of following fear when we blame him.
When the bully sees examples of living from love, he sees another way to be. Don’t expect him to stop following fear when you’re still guided by it.
Another way of looking at this is observing the bully in us. What has been said about a person among us who is labeled bully is true of the bully in us. The behavior will change when the guidance source changes.
