New ways to connect

If you’d like to interact with me one-on-one, there are two new ways you can do that.

Gazing Meditation
This is a five-minute session that is very simple–having a brief chat over Skype or Facebook Messenger, then just looking at one another without speaking, allowing all that comes up to come up, and sinking into what is beyond thought together.

Chat
Thirty-minute freeform chat by phone, video call or texting. Send me a message with three suggested times (EST or GMT-4) to schedule a session.
