Feeling always springs up internally. It is never caused by anyone you call else or by anything that seems to happen. It is always a helpful assistant. There is no need to hide, press down, or distract away from feelings when they serve a useful function. Any not-good feeling tells you, just like a navigator, that you are facing in the wrong direction. If you are facing away from happiness, you would want to know. Feelings tell you precisely that, instantly and well.
You can enter a moment where no blame or pressure rests upon anyone or anything. Your feelings are gifts to you, gifts to which you are able to respond appropriately. They are not anyone else’s fault. They are not caused by anyone or anything else as a separate entity. They are here for you, and you can always respond to them in a way that serves all.
Anytime you don’t feel good, you are oriented toward the witnessing of self-destruction. That shouldn’t feel good. It’s good that you receive such a clear signal to care for yourself. As you care for yourself, you care for all you call other. Not feeling good means that you are believing thoughts that are making an illusion of strife. If strife is only an illusion, you can allow the illusion to pass away. You are remembering with all you call other how to allow the illusion of strife to pass away. As you learn this, it is very important to remain aware of how you feel.
The ego says this: If I let go, I will not be able to get anything. The ego is a getting mechanism, and there is no sense of getting in allowing. You are learning to recognize that getting, which can only be an illusion, has no value. Allowing, which brings upon the scene the reflection of what is real, points directly to what actually exists. You already are all that you need, as are all. As long as you believe that you have needs, the illusion can take the form that seems to meet them. You merely allow it to operate efficiently and in the best interest of all without being aware of the specifics.
The whole matrix of evil persons is an illusion that can wash away to reveal the truth that has always been here. When you can feel that you are convinced that the mask of personhood has more substance than the beingness shining behind it, you are freezing in place the particular version of the illusion you have been seeing. Remember that illusion is very flexible. It can reflect what you are just as easily as it can reflect what you aren’t. Personhood is merely illusion, and it is very flexible.
Remember what is flexible, and allow it to take the form that tells the truth about us all.
